2024.10.13, SY 1109 "常平 ChangPing", ChangPing Railway Park. 1109 worked in Chongqing Iron and Steel (Group) Company Limited since its birth in March 1993. The wooden stairway lead up to locomotive was also rusty and broken---watch your step! But then perhaps the rusty environment was exactly what 1109 worked in half of its life anyway. A group of tourist climb up to admire the locomotive hidden in the railway town.

2024.10.13, SY 1109 „常平 ChangPing“, ChangPing Railway Park. 1109 arbeitete seit ihrer Geburt im März 1993 bei der Chongqing Iron and Steel (Group) Company Limited. Die hölzerne Treppe, die zur Lokomotive hinaufführte, war ebenfalls verrostet und kaputt - Vorsicht, Stufe! Aber vielleicht war die rostige Umgebung genau das, was die 1109 in der Hälfte ihres Lebens getan hat. Eine Gruppe von Touristen klettert hinauf, um die in der Eisenbahnstadt versteckte Lokomotive zu bewundern.

2024.10.13, "Rainbow Sleepers", ChangPing Railway Park. It was said by railfan that the site was the old GuangZhou---MeiZhou---ShanTou Railway ("GMSR")'s connection line between DongGuan East and ChangPing. For around 5 to 10 years, GMSR and BeiJing---Kowloon Railway terminated at ChangPing toward NORTH, which require a shunt of locomotive for train bound for ShenZhen and HongKong. Since 2001 the Triangular Junction next to the original connection line was constructed, and the abolished connection line turned into park---explained the weird embankment and tracks. /// 2024.10.13, „Regenbogenschwellen“, ChangPing Railway Park. Nach Aussagen von Eisenbahnfreunden handelte es sich bei diesem Ort um die alte Verbindungsstrecke der GuangZhou---MeiZhou---ShanTou Railway („GMSR“) zwischen DongGuan Ost und ChangPing. Etwa 5 bis 10 Jahre lang endeten die GMSR und die BeiJing---Kowloon Railway in ChangPing in Richtung NORTH, so dass die Züge in Richtung ShenZhen und Hongkong mit Lokomotiven rangiert werden mussten. Seit 2001 wurde die Dreieckskreuzung neben der ursprünglichen Verbindungsstrecke gebaut, und die abgeschaffte Verbindungsstrecke wurde in einen Park umgewandelt, was die seltsamen Böschungen und Gleise erklärt. 

2024.10.13, SY 1109 "常平 ChangPing", ChangPing Railway Park. 1109 was resting on embankment overwatching the railway park, on the other end was the triangular junction between GuangZhou-ShenZhen Railway and BeiJing-Kowloon Railway. As I'm hurrying to DongGuan East station for a train come down from XiNing City, QingHai Province, I didn't got the time to check if the park had good photograph spot. /// 2024.10.13, SY 1109 „常平 ChangPing“, ChangPing Railway Park. 1109 stand auf dem Bahndamm und überwachte den Eisenbahnpark. Am anderen Ende befand sich die dreieckige Kreuzung zwischen der GuangZhou-ShenZhen-Bahn und der BeiJing-Kowloon-Bahn. Da ich zum Ostbahnhof von DongGuan eilte, um einen Zug aus der Stadt XiNing in der Provinz QingHai abzuholen, hatte ich keine Zeit zu prüfen, ob der Park gute Fotomotive bot. 

2024.10.13, SY 1109 "常平 ChangPing", ChangPing Railway Park. The locomotive's paintjob was severely rusty after at least 7 years without a shed in ChangPing Railway Park. Internet shows it once has a fresh coating at that time. The locomotive lost its number and replaced by “常平号”, marking it now belongs to the Town's Park. The internet's photo (see http://www.xiaguanzhan.com/ProView.asp?ProId=20351) shows some other feature such as a white wooden floor and signs of "No Climbing", all was lost after years of display. /// 2024.10.13, SY 1109 „常平 ChangPing“, ChangPing Railway Park. Die Lackierung der Lokomotive war nach mindestens 7 Jahren ohne Schuppen im ChangPing Railway Park stark verrostet. Im Internet ist zu lesen, dass sie zu dieser Zeit einen frischen Anstrich hatte. Die Lokomotive verlor ihre Nummer und wurde durch „常平号“ ersetzt, was bedeutet, dass sie jetzt zum Stadtpark gehört. Auf dem Internetfoto (siehe http://www.xiaguanzhan.com/ProView.asp?ProId=20351) sind weitere Merkmale wie ein weißer Holzboden und Schilder mit dem Hinweis „Klettern verboten“ zu sehen, die nach Jahren der Ausstellung verloren gegangen sind. 
