Hallo,
sobald beim Bild ein Beschreibungstext und eine Kategorie eingegeben sind, kann man nur noch warten. Administratoren schalten Bilder i.d.R. innerhalb von 24h frei. Manchmal kann es auch etwas länger dauern.
